10 People I’d Have a Beer With

with 9 comments

Joseph Smith My Grandpa

Yasser Arafat

Tim Gunn

Britney Spears

Golda Meir

My Grandma

My Other Grandma

Update / Clarification:

The above order is completely random. Also, admiration isn’t the only driving force behind my choices. I’m far more interested in learning about those I can’t understand.

  3. now yassar i agree with but really, britney spears…? i personally woul dnever drink withmy grandma…i never understood her either, if my toe hurt she’d ask me if i wanted her to cut it off…and i believed grandpa used to say “i’ll break your leg and beat you to death with it..i think that’s why i believed my grandma. i didn’t see her much she hung out in “juke joints” in the south. sorry to get off topic here frankelstache.

    • Your off topic rants are not only tolerable, but also encouraged!

I never knew my grandpa (from my mother’s side – my dad’s side one was a drunk that showed me his love by shoving 50 Shekels down my pocket every time we meet) so he would probably be first in line if this thing was actually possible.

Never knew my other grandma, too, so that could be cool as well.

As for Britney…what can i say. Some people love MacDonald’s, others love Whiskey. Ms. Spears is my junk of choice.

  5. Interesting choices, young Frankelstache (those that I actually recognize anyway). I suspect my list would include grandparents as well. I only ever met one of the 4 and that was before I was out of diapers.

    All the best,

    • Dear Donfather,

      Thank you for your visit.

I’d be really interested in learning about your list. You are a child of the world that survived, I assume, at list one world war, not to mention 6 U2 albums. If you ever decide to share your list with the Interweb I’ll be sure to follow cautiously.

      Surfing the ocean,
